Background
Dr. Donna Saatman is a MD Neurosurgeon that has been practicing in Florida since 2004. She has been practicing in Brandon, Florida for the past 15 years. Dr. Saatman came down to Florida from New York to start her residency at The University of South Florida in Neurosurgery. After several years of her residency she became the first female Neurosurgery resident graduate at USF. In 2004, she started her own practice in Brandon, Florida named Bay Area Neurosurgery. For 10 years she was a sole practitioner until she joined Florida Orthopaedic Institute in 2014. Her love for horses made her want to move to Ocala and lucky enough we were able to reach out to Dr. Saatman to see if she was interested in helping patients in our Ocala clinic. Starting August 1, Dr. Donna Saatman will be seeing patients in our Ocala and Villages office. The Florida Surgery Consultants family is excited to have her with us.
